Senior HR Executive

We arelooking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities across our group of companies and client organizations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, operational execution, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring for both internal needs and client mandates.
  • Independently handle end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions across multiple entities.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Drive automation and digitization of manual HR processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and in compliance with UAE labor laws and internal guidelines.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee concerns and improve retention.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to the management team.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to elevate employee skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, UAE labor law, and recruitment strategies.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
