We arelooking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities across our group of companies and client organizations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, operational execution, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring for both internal needs and client mandates.
- Independently handle end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions across multiple entities.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Drive automation and digitization of manual HR processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and in compliance with UAE labor laws and internal guidelines.
- Support the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve employee concerns and improve retention.
- Prepare and present HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to the management team.
- Coordinate training and development programs to elevate employee skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, UAE labor law, and recruitment strategies.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
