Being Part of Our Start Up HR Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our people practices and fostering a positive work culture. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, managing employee records, and contributing to overall organizational success.

Responsibilities include

Designing Compensation and Benefits Packages:

  • Work closely with leadership to create competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure fairness and consistency in compensation across the organization.

Performance Review Procedures:

  • Implement performance review processes, including quarterly or annual evaluations and 360° feedback.
  • Help managers provide constructive feedback to employees, supporting their growth and development.

Developing Fair HR Policies:

  • Create and maintain HR policies that align with legal requirements and our company’s values.
  • Communicate policies clearly to employees and ensure compliance.

Employee Records Management:

  • Organize and maintain employee records, including resumes, performance evaluations, leave records, and sensitive information.
  • Keep track of important documentation related to HR processes.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster positive relationships between employees and management.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally.

Staying Abreast of Legal Requirements:

  • Keep up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure our startup remains legally compliant in all HR matters.

Various Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle administrative duties related to HR, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers.
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.

  • Coordinate With Organizations, NGOs, Colleges and Summits to Help Students and Organizations for Skill Building and Internship Programs.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Culture Development and Adoption.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Conducting performance and wage reviews.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
