HR Executive

An HR Executive manages the human resources functions of an organization, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to foster a productive work environment and a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include managing onboarding and offboarding, developing and updating HR policies, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining accurate employee records.
