Job Summary:

Inbox Logistics is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workforce development—ensuring smooth HR processes that support our logistics operations in the industrial zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Source, screen, and hire candidates for warehouse, transport, and administrative roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Employee Relations
• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Foster a positive work environment across diverse teams.
• HR Operations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with finance.
• Compliance & Policy
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Support audits and maintain documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Training & Development
• Identify training needs and organize skill development sessions.
• Monitor performance and support career growth initiatives.
• Industrial Area Coordination
• Liaise with local authorities and labor camps as needed.
• Handle logistics-related HR challenges like shift scheduling and transport coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, operational environment.
