The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and training, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures. This role ensures smooth functioning of the HR department and fosters a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Manage new employee onboarding, induction programs, and documentation.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
Support performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate training and development initiatives and maintain training records.
Handle employee queries and provide support in resolving workplace issues.
Organize employee engagement activities and support a healthy work culture.
Prepare HR-related reports and assist with audits as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to support business and workforce needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field .
1–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
