  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Post job openings and source candidates through various channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing.
  • Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
  • Ensure smooth employee exit and full & final settlement.
  • Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and maintain performance records.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Organize training and development sessions.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR matters.
  • Support internal and external HR audits.
  • Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
  • Communicate HR policies and updates to staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
