Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.)
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
- Support day-to-day HR operations
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys) and take minutes
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure optimum manpower planning for shifts and production targets.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
- Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with Factory Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, and other labor laws.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and timely submission of returns.
- Coordinate with labor inspectors, auditors, and government authorities.
Time & Attendance Management
- Monitor biometric/attendance systems.
- Manage overtime, leave records, and shift scheduling.
- Prepare payroll inputs accurately and on time.
Employee Relations & Welfare
- Handle worker grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Build good relations with unions/worker committees if applicable.
- Implement welfare measures such as canteen, safety, health checkups, and workplace facilities.
Training & Development
- Conduct skill development and safety training for workers.
- Organize workshops to improve productivity and compliance awareness.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Work with the Safety Officer to ensure safe working conditions.
- Ensure compliance with PPE usage, fire drills, and accident reporting.
Performance & Retention
- Monitor worker efficiency and support supervisors in appraisals.
- Implement retention programs to reduce attrition.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
