Roles & Responsibilities:•
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in job postings, screening, scheduling interviews. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Handle offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction process.
- Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR database. Track attendance, leave, and overtime. Update employee information regularly.
- Payroll & Compliance: Assist in monthly payroll processing. Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare: Organize employee activities, celebrations, and training. Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Support HR policies and performance management process.
- Exit Formalities: Manage resignation, clearance, and full & final settlement. Conduct exit interviews and maintain records. Office Administration: Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance. Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory. Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Facility & Infrastructure Management: Ensure proper housekeeping, security, and safety arrangements. Handle repairs, AMC contracts, and utility services.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport for employees/guests. Manage bookings and reimbursements.
- Support to Management: Assist management with administrative support and reporting. Draft letters, notices, circulars, and maintain official correspondence.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain statutory registers and administrative records. Ensure smooth functioning of audits (HR & Admin related).
