Job Description – HR ExecutivePosition: HR ExecutiveLocation: Ghaziabad Department: Human ResourcesReporting To: HR Manager / DirectorKey Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Draft, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
  • Handle grievance management and support a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in performance appraisal process and prepare related reports.
  • Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of HR systems and practices.
  • Support management in HR planning and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as HR Executive or HR Generalist.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,736.36 - ₹18,752.01 per month
