HR Executive

Sikar, India

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Manage attendance, leave records
  • Coordinate with management for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate (preferably in HR/Business Administration, but not mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in any domain (HR experience preferred).
  • Location: Candidates must be from Sikar only.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
