Job Description:

• Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and ensuring new hires are properly onboarded and inducted into the company.
• Building a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and managing employee conflicts and disciplinary issues.
• Organizing and coordinating employee training programs to enhance skills and support professional growth.
• Administering payroll processes, managing employee benefits (like health insurance), and ensuring accurate and timely salary distribution.
• Developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and managing compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation, including offer letters and employment contracts.
• Designing and implementing processes to help employees meet their goals and managing performance appraisals.
• Ensuring a safe, healthy, and fair workplace for all employees and implementing welfare programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
