Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and daily reports.
  • Support the HR Manager in end-to-end recruitment (scheduling interviews, follow-ups, documentation).
  • Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes.
  • Help maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Address basic employee queries related to HR policies.
  • Support payroll inputs with attendance and leave data.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of HR/admin experience (garments/textiles preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and attendance management.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in HR operations.
