About the Company

We are a fast-growing startup in the hostel and co-living sector, currently managing 2,500 beds and expanding to 4,000 beds by December 2025. We focus on providing safe, comfortable, and community-driven living spaces for students and working professionals.

We are seeking a HR Executive to support recruitment, employee engagement, and operational HR activities across our hostel properties. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional eager to grow in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for hostel staff, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of hostel staff.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll processing and coordination with accounts.
  • Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and training coordination.
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff queries and grievances.
  • Collaborate with hostel managers and operations teams to maintain smooth workforce operations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations (hospitality/hostel experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Flexible and able to work across multiple properties in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
