The HR Executive/Manager will handle payroll management, employee relations, and overall HR functions. This role requires strong organizational and people management skills to ensure smooth workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and employee database management.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support performance management and appraisals.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and team management.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of payroll management & HR policies.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Team management & problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/tools.

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month.
