HR Executive

HR Executive:

We are looking for an HR Executive with recruitment experience in Hospitality Industry. You are someone who is well organised & diligent in work

Job Purpose:

Be entirely responsible for the recruitment, payroll, and implementation of company policies - All departments and functionalities

Key areas of responsibility:

1. Drive the recruitment through Recruitment agencies, job portals, campus hiring, social media - operations and sales team hiring

2. Maintaining processes like daily attendance, salary payments, claims, etc.

3. Induction process, Managing Talent, and Exit Formalities

4. Assist performance review procedures (half yearly, annual evaluations)

5. Implement the HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

Skill-set required:

1. Strong communication skills with ability to manage people related matters

2. Language proficiency written: English

3. Language proficiency spoken: English, Hindi, Marathi

4. MS-Word, Email Marketing, MS-Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
