HR Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the full spectrum of HR functions at Zamorin Decorate Pvt Ltd. The candidate will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and overall HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who wishes to grow in the HR field while contributing to a positive workplace culture and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and draft job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates; issue offers; and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong talent sourcing pipelines.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution for a positive workplace.
  • Organize engagement activities such as events, team-building, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and present actionable insights.

Performance Management

  • Support goal setting, tracking, and evaluations in the appraisal process.
  • Provide feedback and assist in performance improvement plans.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Coordinate payroll with accurate salary, deduction, and allowance processing.
  • Administer benefits including allowances, incentives, insurance, and retirement.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, medical claims).

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Maintain discipline and communicate policies effectively.
  • Verify and collect joining documents (ID, academic, experience).

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate employee records in Zoho HR software.
  • Track and update attendance and leave details promptly.
  • Provide workforce reports and insights through HR analytics.

Talent & Organizational Development

  • Support succession planning and career development programs.
  • Assist in organizational changes and change management initiatives.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion at all levels.

Exit Management

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
  • Ensure smooth clearance and completion of exit formalities.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (Zoho preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA in Human Resources or a relevant specialization.
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years in HR-related roles.

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Compensation: Negotiable (Based on experience)

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
