HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
  • Maintain and update employee records in physical files.
  • Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management coordination with the payroll team.
  • Support recruitment coordination: scheduling interviews, follow-ups, documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, salary slips, etc.
  • Support performance appraisal process and HR audits.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR process alignment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,736.36 - ₹31,752.01 per month
