Roles & Responsibilities

1. Understands the manpower requirements and coordinating for recruitment and selection process
2. Strong in Sourcing and Recruiting (conventional and non-conventional)
3. Conduct preliminary round of interview
4. Conducting pre-employment and post-employment background verification of candidates
5. Follow up for employee new joinee up to induction and documentation
6. Should be strong on statutory compliances(ESI, PT & PF)
7. Cafeteria and Facilities management
8. Handles employee queries and concerns should have strong base on employee grievances
9. Conduct employee engagement activities at branches
10.Identify and maintain details of accommodation facilities for staff
11. Attendance, Leave Management and Payroll Input
12. Conducting exit interview of resigned employees and FNF Settlement

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Preferably Female candidates,
  • Age 30-45 Preferable
  • Should have minimum of 3-5+ years of work experience as an HR
  • Qualification MBA in HR
  • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Should be multilingual. Tamil, Telugu, Hindi & Malayalam will be an added advantage
  • Strong in MS Excel
  • Should be willing to travel as and when required
  • Should be adaptable when new tasks given.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
