HR Executive

Job description:

Location- Mohali
Experience- 1 to 1.5 years (IT only)
Notice Period- Immediate to 10 days
Qualification- BBA/MBA/BCom/MCom

This role is for both recruitment (IT Recruitment) and HR Generalist (Day to day operations)
We are looking for talented individuals having the experience in both verticals.

Details:-

1. IT Recruitment- Must have rigorous experience in IT Recruitment
2. Talent Acquisition
3. HR Generalist:-
i. Employee engagement
ii. Team handling
iii. Employee grievance handling
iv. Employee records management
v. Attendance and leave management
vi. Payroll
vii. Should be proactive and ready to handle team conflictions alone and in team.
