Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven HR Executive t to join our team and help elevate our presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes and Maintain employee records.
• Coordinate training and development programs and Support performance management and appraisalprocesses
• . Oversee payroll processing with satutory complianes and Assist in organizational development and change management.
• Managed daily attendance and Conducted work assessments and Analyzed daily reports•
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and calendars for staff and management.• Ensure implementation of organizational policies and procedures within the office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong decision-making skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
