HR Executive

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various positions across branches.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding of new employees, including documentation, induction, and HR formalities.

2. Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/EC Prime system.
  • Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Process and manage employee annual leave applications, ensuring proper approvals and accurate leave balances.
  • Coordinate visa renewals and related documentation for employees, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Track probation periods, contract renewals, exits, and related formalities.

3. Attendance & Payroll Support

  • Monitor and verify attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate data to the payroll team.
  • Coordinate salary-related queries, advances, and deductions.

4. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Support employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in HR audits, documentation, and reporting requirements.

5. Performance Evaluation of Employees

  • Assist HR Manager in preparing, coordinating, and conducting periodic performance evaluations for all employees.
  • Maintain records of evaluations and ensure feedback is communicated effectively to employees and management.

6. Training & Development Support

  • Assist in organizing employee training, workshops, and skill development programs.
  • Maintain training attendance records and update HRIS/EC Prime system.

7. Miscellaneous HR Support

  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and ad hoc tasks assigned by HR Manager or management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR
  • Familiarity with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, and visa processes is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (any ERP/HRMS preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
