HR Executive

Position: HR Executive – Recruitment (Sales & Marketing Focus)

Location: Clifton Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site 9:45am till 6pm Mon-Fri

About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition to help us grow our Sales & Marketing teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of managing bulk hiring for entry-level positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Marketing departments.
• Plan and execute bulk hiring campaigns for fresh graduates and entry-level positions.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Develop and post job ads across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee, Mustakbil, etc.).
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate shortlisting.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases.
• Participate in campus hiring drives and coordinate with university placement cells.
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in sales or marketing hiring.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR & recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
