Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Female HR Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end HR processes, employee management, and compliance, while also aligning hiring practices with the company’s budget and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates from multiple job portals, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and finalising hires.
• Manage onboarding and induction processes, ensuring smooth employee integration.
• Oversee employee training programs in coordination with department heads.
• Maintain and organise all HR-related documentation (offers, contracts, employee records, compliance).
• Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and HRM systems.
• Ensure timely communication and resolution of employee queries.
• Manage the exit process, including clearances, feedback, and full & final settlement.
• Assist in business-related HR planning, ensuring cost-effective recruitment and workforce management as per company budgets.
• Support management in implementing HR policies and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Both male & Female candidates may apply.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HRM tools, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
