As we expand our dynamic team, we’re looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Executive to support our human resources operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer roll-out.

- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job descriptions.

- Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation of new employees.

HR Operations & Documentation:

- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance data.

- Manage HRMS or Excel-based employee databases, leave records, and probation tracking.

- Assist with employee exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.

Performance Management & Compliance:

- Coordinate performance reviews, feedback cycles, and goal-tracking activities.

- Ensure adherence to company HR policies, labor laws, and compliance protocols.

- Prepare monthly HR reports related to hiring, attrition, leaves, and employee engagement.

Employee Engagement & Culture:

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and internal communication.

- Support internal communication related to HR updates and policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience in a corporate or startup environment.

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and labor law basics.

- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and internal communication.

- Support internal communication related to HR updates and policies.

- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, and labor law basics.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRMS is a plus.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and people skills.
