Human Resources Executive: Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Human Resources Executive to enhance our team's capabilities. This on-site role is based in Karachi (Gulshan-e-Iqbal) and requires a professional with 1-2 years of proven experience in core HR functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our HR initiatives, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to the professional growth and development of our workforce. Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including:

  • Talent Acquisition Support: Actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from drafting and publishing job advertisements and conducting initial candidate screening to coordinating complex interview schedules.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Manage and execute comprehensive employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a seamless and positive transition experience for all new hires.
  • HR Administration & Compliance: Accurately maintain and update confidential employee records and HR databases, rigorously adhering to data security and privacy protocols.
  • Performance Management: Facilitate and support the performance management process, including the coordination of performance appraisals and contributing to the development and tracking of employee development plans.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, supporting employee relations initiatives and contributing to the timely and fair resolution of workplace issues.
  • Strategic Project Collaboration: Partner with various internal departments to support the execution of broader HR projects and organizational initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in an HR role, preferably gained within a dynamic or rapidly evolving organizational setting.
  • Knowledge: Demonstrable strong comprehension of fundamental HR principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Professionalism: Proven ability to exercise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality when handling highly sensitive personnel information.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard MS Office Suite applications and experience utilizing HRIS or other HR software systems.
  • Work Ethic: Possessing a detail-oriented approach, coupled with excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaboration: A demonstrated capacity to thrive both independently with minimal supervision and as a collaborative team member.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
