HR Strategy and Planning

  • Develops job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manages the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborates with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Acts as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitates conflict resolution and mediates disputes.
  • Promotes a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Implements performance appraisal systems.
  • Provides guidance on employee development and training programs.
  • Monitors employee performance and provides feedback.
  • Ensures adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Develops and updates HR policies and procedures.
  • Conducts audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manages payroll and employee benefits programs.
  • Conducts salary surveys and analyzes compensation data.
  • Advises on compensation strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Identifies training needs and develops training programs.
  • Coordinates onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Contributes to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyzes HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Participates in workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
