Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-ups
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
  • Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate suitability
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures

HR Operations:

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with attendance, leave management, and probation evaluations
  • Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll inputs and full & final settlements
  • Help manage employee engagement initiatives and feedback activities
  • Provide support for PF/ESIC/insurance-related compliance and vendor coordination

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment + Operations)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environme

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
