Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and candidate follow-ups
- Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
HR Operations:
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with attendance, leave management, and probation evaluations
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll inputs and full & final settlements
- Help manage employee engagement initiatives and feedback activities
- Provide support for PF/ESIC/insurance-related compliance and vendor coordination
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment + Operations)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environme
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
