Experience: 0–2 years | Qualification: Any Graduate

Immediate Joiners Preferred | Mon–Fri (Weekends Off) Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (based on interview)

Role Split: 60% Recruitment + 40% HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT roles)

Candidate sourcing, screening & interview coordination

Onboarding & joining formalities

HR documentation, vendor management, payroll & attendance

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Eager to learn, self-motivated & able to multitask

Basic IT recruitment knowledge is an advantage
