Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management in HRMS.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Handle payroll coordination and assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain related documentation.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist management in daily HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration.
  • 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality or service sector.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Salary budget upto 30,000 per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
