HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and confident Female HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions in our growing real estate organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of HR practices, a people-centric approach, and the ability to manage both site and office staff efficiently. She will be instrumental in strengthening employee relations, supporting recruitment, ensuring compliance, and driving a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:✅ Recruitment & Staffing

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for office staff, sales team, and site workers.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Handle interviews, selection processes, and onboarding formalities.

✅ HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR database.
  • Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, and exit letters.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.

✅ Statutory Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, etc.).
  • Maintain statutory records and coordinate audits or inspections.
  • Liaise with consultants and government bodies for compliance issues.

✅ Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances and act as a mediator when needed.
  • Organize engagement activities, welfare programs, and team events.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating workplace environment.

✅ Performance Management & Development

  • Coordinate the annual performance appraisal cycle.
  • Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
  • Support leadership in succession planning and career growth mapping.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidates only, with 4–8 years of HR experience (Real Estate preferred)
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / MBA in HRM
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
  • Fluent in English and [regional language if applicable]
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage diverse teams across office and site locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
