We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to support HR operations at Tieten Medicity Hospital. The role requires strong skills in recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR administration, catering to both clinical and non-clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical, and non-clinical staff.
- Coordinate with consultants, job portals, and medical institutes for talent acquisition.
- Maintain candidate pipelines to ensure timely hiring.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Handle joining formalities, including documentation, verification, and medical fitness checks.
- Conduct hospital-specific orientation and induction programs for new employees.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Organize employee engagement programs and hospital events.
- Serve as a first-level point of contact for grievances and feedback.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and help implement improvements.
4. Payroll & Compliance
- Verify attendance, duty rosters, and leave data for payroll.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and professional tax.
- Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
5. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (physical files and HRMS).
- Draft and issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, experience, relieving, etc.).
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management.
6. Training & Development
- Coordinate with departments to arrange training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Track compliance for mandatory certifications (BLS, infection control, fire safety, etc.).
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Human Resources / Business Administration (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience in HR operations; healthcare industry exposure will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, and hospital HR practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/Hospital Management Systems.
