HR Executive

India

● Handle recruitment end-to-end: posting jobs, coordinating interviews,

onboarding new hires, and managing exit formalities.

● Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management.

● Prepare HR documents: offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations,

warnings, and relieving letters.

● Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and

labor laws.

● Support employee engagement, motivation, and welfare initiatives – ensuring

a healthy workplace culture.

● Act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring transparency

and trust.

Administration

● Oversee office administration including vendor management, housekeeping,

and facility upkeep.

● Manage office supplies, asset inventory, and service contracts.

● Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff and management.

● Support management with reports, presentations, and general administrative

needs.

● Ensure the workplace is safe, organized, and compliant with regulations.

IT Support

● Provide first-level IT support to staff – troubleshooting common

hardware/software issues.

● Manage company emails, backups, and IT asset records.

● Assist with implementation of basic HRMS, ERP, or other business tools as

required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
