HR Executive

As part of our HR team, you will play a key role in supporting our people and processes by:

• Recruitment & onboarding of employees across retail and support functions.
• Manage HR operations including payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance evaluation support.
• Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support Emirati recruitment and government compliance requirements.
