Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final interviews.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including induction and orientation programs.
2. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure effective communication between management and employees.
- Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee counseling when required.
3. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and HRMS software.
- Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.).
- Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
- Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data to the finance department.
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate and assist in the performance appraisal process.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback support to managers.
- Help identify training and development needs based on performance reviews.
5. Training & Development
- Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
6. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain records related to statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
7. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
- Implement health, safety, and wellness initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
8. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
