Recruitment & Staffing

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including induction and orientation programs.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure effective communication between management and employees.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee counseling when required.

3. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and HRMS software.
  • Prepare HR-related letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, etc.).
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheets.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data to the finance department.

4. Performance Management

  • Coordinate and assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide feedback support to managers.
  • Help identify training and development needs based on performance reviews.

5. Training & Development

  • Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

6. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain records related to statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).

7. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events.
  • Implement health, safety, and wellness initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

8. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management review.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
