  • Training Programs: HR designs and implements training programs to help employees enhance their skills, knowledge, and career development.
  • Career Pathing: HR works with employees to map out career progression, offering guidance and opportunities for advancement within the company.
  • Leadership Development: HR identifies potential leaders and implements development programs to build future leaders for the organization.

· Benefits Management: HR administers employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

  • Work-Life Balance: HR promotes initiatives that help employees balance their work and personal lives, such as flexible working hours, remote work policies, and wellness programs.

HR Administration
