Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate induction programs and training sessions for new hires
  • Support payroll processing and attendance tracking
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and benefits
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, SAP)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
