About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment processes. You’ll play a vital role in building a strong team culture and supporting our growing workforce across multiple client-facing and internal projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about supporting both people and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRMS tools
• Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination with finance
• Support performance management cycles, including reviews and appraisals
• Lead employee engagement activities, culture initiatives, and internal events
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR policies
• Assist with compliance, audits, and implementation of HR best practices
• Draft internal communications, policies, and announcements as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and employee lifecycle management
• Proficient in tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and any HRMS system (e.g. Keka, Zoho, BambooHR)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a tech company or startup environment
• Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment, job portals (Naukri, Instahyre, etc.)
• Exposure to performance management tools and HR analytics
• Interest in L&D or employer branding initiatives
