Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning and training needs.
Maintain employee records and manage HRIS systems.
Facilitate payroll coordination with the finance team.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and maintain positive workplace culture.
Proven experience in HR management, preferably in education, technology, or service sectors.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Team player with problem-solving abilities.
