Key Responsibilities:1. Contract Labour Management:

  • Labour Contract Management: Handle the on boarding, documentation, and termination processes of contract workers.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage and liaise with third-party agencies for providing contract labour, ensuring timely and quality services.
  • Attendance & Payroll Management: Monitor contract workers' attendance, manage time sheets, and work with payroll for accurate salary calculations.
  • Contract Renewal & Termination: Handle renewal and termination of contracts in a timely manner, ensuring legal compliance.

2. Transport Administration:

  • Transport Operations: Ensure smooth functioning of employee transport services, including route planning, fleet management, and cost control.
  • Coordination with Vendors: Coordinate with transport service providers to manage logistics for employees' pick-up and drop-off.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues or complaints related to employee transport and ensure quick resolution.

3. Housekeeping Administration:

  • Vendor Management: Oversee the housekeeping service providers, ensuring cleanliness standards and schedules are maintained.
  • Quality Control: Regularly inspect premises for cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain the inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure they are replenished in time.

4. Canteen Administration:

  • Canteen Operations: Ensure the proper functioning of the company’s canteen, maintaining a hygienic and comfortable environment for employees.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with canteen service providers to ensure quality food and beverage options are available for employees.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that food safety standards and hygiene practices are followed in the canteen.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Collect feedback from employees regarding canteen services and act on any improvement suggestions.

5. HR Administrative Support:

  • Documentation: Maintain and update records for contract workers, transport, housekeeping, and canteen services.
  • Reports: Prepare regular reports related to attendance, contract labour status, transport, housekeeping, and canteen services for management review.
  • Employee Grievances: Address any grievances related to transport, housekeeping, or canteen services in a professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
