HR Executive

Job Title: Human Resources Executive / HR Manager
Location: Ernakulam
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely documentation
• Handle payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture
• Coordinate training and development programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (freshers with strong internship experience may apply)
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
