  • HR administration: Maintain detailed employee records, manage HR databases, and handle all administrative tasks and sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Employee relations and engagement: Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, organize employee events, and promote a positive and productive company culture.
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process, from posting jobs and screening candidates to conducting interviews and handling new hire paperwork and orientation.
