HR Manager

Location: Mayiladuthurai | Experience: 5+ years | Industry: Retail

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team and drive HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding processes.
• Support performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
• Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, and HR queries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain HR records, generate reports & analytics, and support HR projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive HR initiatives independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
