Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Manage ESI and PF filing, including monthly submissions, employee registration, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate performance reviews, employee engagement programs, and training activities.
  • Oversee travel expenses and verify the travel report's.

Requirements:

  • Master degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Experience in payroll processing and statutory filings - Added Advantage
