Job Title:
HR Executive (Recruitment & Training)

Siliguri
Experience Required:
2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and Training, preferably in the Real Estate / Construction / Corporate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Use various recruitment platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract quality candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct background verification and ensure smooth joining formalities.
2. Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments through performance appraisals, feedback, and discussions with HODs.
- Design and coordinate induction programs for new employees.
- Organize in-house and external training sessions, workshops, and skill enhancement programs.
- Maintain training records, feedback, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and employee development programs.
3. HR Operations Support
- Assist in preparing job descriptions, offer letters, and HR-related documents.
- Support in attendance, leave, and performance tracking in coordination with HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and retention programs.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements under tight deadlines.
- Excellent coordination and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS software.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and well-organized approach.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
