Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing
  • Handle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Attendance & Payroll Coordination
  • Supervise biometric attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with accounts for monthly salary processing.
  • Manage overtime, miss-punch, and duty roster approvals.
  • Employee Relations
  • Address employee grievances and escalate serious issues to HR Manager.
  • Promote employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Ensure discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards across departments.
  • Training & Development
  • Coordinate induction and training sessions for new and existing employees.
  • Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain personnel files, offer letters, experience letters, and NOC forms.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).
  • Support in HR audits and policy implementation.
  • General HR Administration
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in handling exit formalities and clearance procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
