Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing
- Handle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Supervise biometric attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with accounts for monthly salary processing.
- Manage overtime, miss-punch, and duty roster approvals.
- Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and escalate serious issues to HR Manager.
- Promote employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and grooming standards across departments.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate induction and training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Maintain training attendance and evaluation records.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain personnel files, offer letters, experience letters, and NOC forms.
- Ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).
- Support in HR audits and policy implementation.
- General HR Administration
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards.
- Assist in handling exit formalities and clearance procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
