Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-1.5years of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
