Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records while ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Support employee engagement, training, and development programs.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
  • Address employee concerns, promote healthy workplace relations, and support organizational culture initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, company policies, and HR compliance standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an HR Generalist role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Sound understanding of labour laws and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
