As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit formalities. You’ll be the bridge between management and staff, ensuring a positive work culture, compliance with labor laws, and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Employee Records & HR Systems
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Employee Relations
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Payroll & Benefits
  • Managed payroll operations including PF/ESI compliance and tax deductions
  • Collaborate with finance to process monthly payroll.
  • Administer employee benefits and leave management.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
  • Update and communicate HR policies as needed.

Qualifications: Graduation or M.B.A (Preferred)

Experience: 1-2 years in HR Operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
