Job Title: HR Executive

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

Shriram Ventures is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage and oversee various human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll, statutory compliances, and employee relations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations within an industrial or manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary disbursement.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
• Assist management in performance evaluations and HR policy implementation.
• Liaise with external agencies and government departments related to HR compliances.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing company.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labour law compliances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
