HR Executive

Vangard Hospitality is a renowned chain of multi chain restaurants in Mumbai ,Pune, Kerala & Bangalore known for its Brand - Kerala Cafe specializing in authentic Kerala cuisine, providing a delightful dining experience with a focus on traditional flavors and warm hospitality.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Reviewing resumes and applications.
• Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
• Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
• Manage Job Applications received and respond to candidates in timely manner.
• Screening Short-listing the relevant candidates as per Job profile.
• Ability to evaluate / identify the right candidate with culture / monetary and behavioural fitments of the candidate.
• Engage with the offered candidate and ensure regular connect for joining.
• Ensure the Pre-Joining formalities are completed as per timeliness provided; raise flags in a timely manner when they not adhered to.
• Manage Admin role in office
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures
• Controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Criteria

• Should display Integrity ownership, take responsibility of the task
• Should have fluent in English communication
• Should have 1 to 2 yrs experience
• Should be computer proficient
